Mary and Tom Poppendieck will hold a workshop called “Designing a Lean Software Development process“. Mary’s and Tom’s workshops are always very popular, and when they last were at Øresund Agile, their workshop was fully booked almost a month in advance.
This year’s workshop will help the participants to evaluate their own software development process to find the leverage points for sustained improvement.
Andy Hunt from Pragmatic Programmers will on the 14th hold a fullday workshop on his new book “Pragmatic Thinking and Learning“.
In this workshop you’ll journey through bits of cognitive science, neuroscience, learning and behavioral theory. You’ll see surprising aspects of how brains work and see how to beat the system, improving your own learning and thinking skills.
Jim Coplien and Gertrud Bjørnvig will give full day workshop called “Patterns for Agile Project Management” which is based on Jim Coplien’s and Neil Harisson’s book “Organizational Patterns of Agile Software Development“. The course introduces the source of organizational patterns in popular use today, and engages the participants in a mock organizational study to deepen their knowledge of the patterns.
Softhouse will host a workshop like no other. An experiential workshop where your analytical skills are tested through short intensive iterations. We will lead you to new insights about leadership and teamwork and you will develop a personal understanding of what it means to self-organise and practice context-based leadership.
